VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility: The Crash the Parties online Contest ("Contest") is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, who are eligible to vote and who warrant and represent that he/she meets all of the following eligibility requirements as of the time of their entry into the Contest:

a. Entrant is 18 to 28 years of age as of May 6, 2008;

b. Entrant must be registered to vote by July 1, 2008;

c. Entrant has carefully read and reviewed prior to agreeing to, and agreed to as instructed, these Official Rules;

d. If selected as one (1) of the two (2) winners both entrants must be available between July 21, 2008 and July 23, 2008 to travel to Washington, DC for revealing to the public at the National Press Club and attend political press training. If selected as a winner, entrant must be willing to be separated from members of your family during these periods;

e. If selected as the winner covering the Democratic National Convention ("DNC Winner"), entrant must be available on or about August 25-28, 2008 to travel to Denver, Colorado (dates and location are subject to change) for the Democratic National Convention ("DNC") and must be willing to be separated from members of your family during these periods;

f. If selected as the winner covering the Republican National Convention ("RNC Winner"), entrant must be available on or about September 1-4, 2008 to travel to Minneapolis, Minnesota (dates and location are subject to change) for the Republican National Convention ("RNC") and must be willing to be separated from members of your family during these periods;

g. Entrant must not have participated in any adult entertainment (e.g. pornography);

h. Entrant cannot be a party to any agreement which would in any way restrict entrant's ability to fully participate in the Contest;

i. Entrant must not now be a candidate for public office, and if selected as a participant, entrant must agree not to become a candidate for public office for one (1) year following the completion of all aspects of the Contest;

j. Entrant must not now be an on-air talent that reports news or politics;

k. Entrant must be in excellent physical (e.g. able to travel) and mental health;

l. If selected as a finalist, entrant must complete a participant package, which will be furnished to entrant by the Sponsors and will include among other things, release forms, waivers and other agreement(s) for entrant and entrant's immediate family as required by the Sponsors, or any of their licensees, successors or assigns;

m. Any offer to become a finalist is expressly conditioned upon entrant's willingness to submit to physical and psychological examinations which would be conducted by medical professional(s) selected by the Sponsors and certification of the medical professionals that entrant meets all physical and psychological requirements;

n. By applying for participation in the Contest entrant authorizes the Sponsors to conduct civil, criminal, financial, and any other type of background checks deemed necessary by the Sponsors;

o. Employees, officers, directors and agents of SiTV, Inc., JAAM Productions, LLC, Voto Latino, and/or of any of their respective licensees, assigns, partners, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible to be participants in the Contest or participate in the application process;

p. Eligible entrant may not participate in the Contest if participation would create impropriety or the appearance of impropriety or unfair advantage. In making this determination, Sponsor will consider whether entrant or any member of entrant's immediate family or anyone living in entrant's household is or has been within the last two (2) years been an employee, officer, director or agent of any of the following:

i. Sponsor, or its parent (SiTV, Inc.) or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies or divisions; or any other person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any version or variation thereof;

ii. Voto Latino;

iii. Any sponsor of the Contest or its advertising agency; or

iv. Any person or entity supplying prizes or other services to the Contest.

q. Sponsor reserves the right to render ineligible any person whom Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the production, administration, judging, or distribution of the Contest, such that his or her participation in the Contest could create the appearance of impropriety;

r. All materials submitted (including video and photos) will be retained by the Sponsors and become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned to entrants whether or not entrant is selected as a winning participant. In addition, Sponsor shall have the right to alter, edit, manipulate, condense or otherwise modify the uploaded videos and submitted materials;

s. Any expenses entrants incur during the submission process including postage, shipping and materials preparation (video, photos, etc.) are the entrant's sole responsibility. The Sponsors will not reimburse anyone for these expenses;

t. All decisions of the Judges/Sponsors are final and absolute and not subject to negotiation, inquiry or appeal;

u. Applications will only be considered if they are complete;

v. Anyone selected as a winner, will be notified by the Sponsors on or about July 7, 2008; and

w. The Sponsors reserve the right to modify the application process, or to not hold the contest at all. Sponsors also reserve the right to make changes to the application, and any of the eligibility requirements and terms, including the terms of any prizes to be awarded, at any time without notice; and Employees of SiTV, ("Sponsor") SiTV, Inc., Contest administrator, advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in production, development, implementation, distribution, handling or judging of any phase of Contest, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with Contest including individuals who work on a temporary, freelance, or consultancy basis for any of the above mentioned entities (collectively "Contest Entities") and members of the immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter Contest. In addition, any person who is a close personal acquaintance, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, of any employee of a Contest Entity who has judging responsibilities in connection with this Contest, is likewise ineligible to enter this Contest.


2. Contest Description: The Contest begins at 12:01 p.m. on March 18, 2008 and ends at 12:01 pm on June 18, 2008 ("Contest Period"). For purposes of this Contest, all times refer to Pacific Time ("PT"). Sponsor reserves the right to revise the Contest End Date at its sole discretion for any reason and notice of such revised End Date will be posted on the Contest Web Site. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Contest. This Contest consists of four (4) Phases: (i) Online Submission (ii) Online Voting (iii) Judging round (subjective phase) and (iv) Notification of two (2) winners. The Contest consists of a skill-based promotion whereby an entrant competes for the Prize (described below) by depicting their political enthusiasm in their Submission that entrant uploads to www.crashtheparties08.com ("Web Site") for public online voting. Such Submission should include (a) uploading one (1) .jpeg image less than 300k in size ("Photo"), (b) uploading one (1) video not to exceed two (2) minutes in length which demonstrates who the entrant is, what would make him/her be a great reporter and what his/her motivation is to be involved in the 2008 political conventions ("Video") and (c) communicating his/her story focusing on why Sponsor should select him/her to represent young Latinos at the 2008 political conventions ("Essay"). Entrants must not use materials belonging to third parties or materials for which they do not hold a valid copyright and such Submissions will be disqualified. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT AT ALL TIMES TO COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.

The Contest consists of four (4) phases.

I) Online Submission: March 18, 2008 and continuing until May 6, 2008. Eligible participants submit their entry (as described below in Section 3).

II) Online Voting/Determination of Ranking: May 7, 2008 and continuing until approximately June 18, 2008. Public votes for their favorite online Submissions on the Web Site (as described below in Section 5. The top rated Submissions who receive the most votes from the public will be the finalists.

III) Judging: On or about July 2, 2008, a panel of judges will begin review and judgment of criteria satisfaction all eligible entrants (as described below in section 5) to determine the two (2) winners.

IV) Winners Notification: On or about July 7, 2008, the DNC Winner and RNC Winner will be notified by telephone or email. Each winner will be required to complete documentation required by Sponsor. Failure to submit these documents will result in disqualification (as described in Section 5).


3. How to Enter: To enter, access the Contest entry page from the Contest Web Site at www.crashtheparties08.com. On the Contest entry page each prospective entrant will be asked to carefully read and then agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Once a prospective entrant has confirmed his/her agreement to these Official Rules, he/she will be asked to accurately and truthfully complete the Contest entry form and to submit his/her Submission ("Entry"). Information on the Contest entry form includes entrant's Submission, contact information (i.e., first name, last name, home address (no P.O. boxes), telephone number where he/she can best be reached (including area code), date of birth, primary email address, and alternate email address) (collectively, "Entry Information"). Entry into the Contest requires a Video, Photo, and Essay as outlined above. Any attempt to submit the Entry form without a Video will not result in a proper entry into the Contest. Providing a contact phone number, Photo and Essay are not required, but recommended. Once an entrant submits an Entry and corresponding Video, Photo, and Essay, entrant cannot change any portion of his/her Video portion of the Submission. As determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Submissions that do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. All Entry Information must be completed in full. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on May 6, 2008. Limit one (1) Entry per person for the entire Contest. If an entrant attempts to enter more than one (1) Submission, only his/her first Submission will be eligible. No Entry/Submission by an organization; only entry by an individual is permitted. Proof of delivery or receipt of an Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry into the Contest. Any attempted form of entry into the Contest other than as described herein is void.


4. Licensing/Ownership: Upon submitting an Entry, entrants hereby grant the following:

a. to Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free (and without further consideration other than as specified herein), transferable, sublicensable, right and license throughout the universe to, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, post the Submission on Sponsor's Web Site located at www.crashtheparties08.com and to otherwise use and exploit the Submission in accordance with Sponsor's Terms of Use.

b. to Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free (and without further consideration other than as specified herein), transferable, sublicensable right and license throughout the universe to, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion:

i. review, judge, critique, distribute and otherwise use and exploit (a) the Submission (or any part thereof); (b) any Submission, information, or ideas embodying, incorporating, suggested or inspired by or otherwise directly or indirectly deriving or resulting in whole or in part from the Submission; and (c) all intellectual property rights in and to any Submission (including, without limitation, all existing and future rights therein, and rights in and to all renewals, extensions, reversions, and registrations thereof;

ii. post the Submission (or any part thereof) on the Internet, including but not limited to, posting same on Sponsor's Web Site located at www.sitv.com; and

iii. edit, re-write, re-mix, re-produce, re-record, or otherwise make changes, additions or alterations to, or deletions from, all or any part of the Submission.

In the event that entrant is selected as one of the Contest's two (2) winners then, in such event, entrant's Submission, including the full and complete ownership thereof, will be deemed to be a work-made-for-hire, specially ordered and commissioned for use by Sponsor as part of Sponsor's online and on-air programming. As such, Eligible entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Submission, including, without limitation all Video(s) and Photo(s) shall be the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor, its successors and assigns, for all copyright terms, renewal terms and revivals thereof throughout the world, for all uses and purposes whatsoever (e.g., display, broadcast, sell, transfer, perform, reproduce, prepare derivative works, etc.) Sponsor will have the sole and exclusive right to exploit in any manner or media whether now known or hereafter devised all rights in the Submission, including without limitation all trademarks, intellectual property and other proprietary rights, throughout the world in perpetuity without any additional payment to any individual or entity. In the event entrant's Submission are found not to be works-made-for-hire, entrant hereby irrevocably assigns to Sponsor all of entrant's interest in the Submission (together with all good will) including, without limitation, the copyrights therein, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged. To effectuate such assignment, entrant grants Sponsor an irrevocable power of attorney if entrant is selected as one (1) of the two (2) winners, Sponsor will have the exclusive right in perpetuity to own and administer the Video(s) and/or Photo(s) subject to these Official Rules.

Entry, including Video, Photo and Essay as it is webcast on the Web Site may differ from the Entry, including Video, Photo and Essay originally submitted due to technical errors, compatibility problems or other issues, and Sponsor shall have no liability related thereto. Entrant agrees that Sponsor has no obligation to post his/her Entry, including Video, Photo and Essay on the Web Site. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who's Entry, including Video, Photo and Essay has already been posted in the event of an error or determination that the entrant is ineligible to participate in the Contest and to remove such posted Submission.


5. Judging and Notification of Winners: There are two (2) phases to determine the two (2) winners (DNC Winner and RNC Winner):

I) Online Voting Phase: On or about May 7, 2008 all Submissions (which may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be arranged/displayed randomly, rearranged periodically and displayed by most votes) from eligible Entries will be posted online for public voting. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. PT on May 7, 2008 and continuing until June 18, 2008 ("Public Voting Phase") any person who is thirteen (13) years or older as of May 7, 2008, is a permanent, legal resident of one of the fifty (50) states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia, can vote for his/her favorite Submission by logging onto the Web Site providing his/her first name, last name, email, and date of birth and clicking on the "Vote" button related to his/her favorite Submission based on such entrant's Submission. Each entrant may vote for his/her own Submission in accordance with these Rules. All votes must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 18, 2008. Limit one vote per email address, per entrant Submission, per day throughout the Public Voting Phase. The Submissions who receive the most votes by the public (objective standard) will become part of the pool of Submissions that will go to the Judging phase (subjective standard).

II) Judging: On or about July 2, 2008 (the "Judging Period"), a panel of judges appointed by Sponsor ("Committee") will judge and score all eligible Submissions, including Video, in accordance with the following criteria ("Criteria"):

Capability Ability to effectively articulate your point of view

Experience Knowledge of domestic and international current events

Enthusiasm Passion about the world of politics

Presence Personality and likeability

The decisions of the Committee shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that the Contest administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively "Affidavit/Release"), within five (5) days after receipt, or entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion and the entrant judged with the next highest satisfying the overall criteria by the Committee may be declared a finalist. A prepaid FedEx envelope will be provided for the return of the entrant's original executed Affidavit/Release. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release, entrant (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) attests to the authenticity of his/her Entry and to the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. All entrants return a fully executed Affidavit/Release or entrant will be disqualified.

III) Winner Notification: Each winner will be notified by telephone and/or email at the phone number provided on Entry on or about July 7, 2008. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted (i.e. two phone call attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period), if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and the eligible finalist judged next highest by the Committee may be declared a winner.

Winners must be available/accessible during the time between July 14, 2008 – July 17, 2008 (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion) to travel to Washington D.C for revealing to the public at the National Press Club, attend political press training and allow Sponsor to film promotional spot(s) featuring the winners to be exhibited at any time during or after the Contest. Failure of winner to be available for filming may result in disqualification and an alternate finalist may be selected.

The DNC Winner is required to and must be available/accessible to participate in filming (as outlined below in the prize paragraph) during the time between August 25, 2008 – August 28, 2008 (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion). Failure of the DNC Winner to be available for filming may result in disqualification and an alternate DNC Winner may be selected.

The RNC Winner is required to and must be available/accessible to participate in filming (as outlined below in the prize paragraph) during the time between September 1, 2008 – September 4, 2008 (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion). Failure of the RNC Winner to be available for filming may result in disqualification and an alternate RNC Winner may be selected.

Subject to verification of eligibility, Sponsor may elect to have the two (2) winners revealed to the public via the Sponsor website(s) and on-Air promotional spots.


6. Prize Package/Odds of Winning. Two (2) Winners' Prize Packages: (a) A trip to Washington D.C. ("Destination City") for each winner to attend the winners ceremony at the National Press Club; (b) entrance to either the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado ("DNC Destination City"); or (c) entrance to the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota ("RNC Destination City"); (d) a mentorship (phone call or meet-and-greet) with one (1) of the high profile judges for each winner and (e) one (1) digital camera for each winner ("Prize Package"). Prize Package consists of (a) roundtrip coach air transportation for each winner from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined at Sponsors' sole discretion) to Destination City airport and standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for up to two (2) nights; (b) roundtrip coach air transportation for the DNC Winner from a major commercial airport near DNC Winner's residence (as determined at Sponsors' sole discretion) to DNC Destination City airport and standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for up to four (4) nights; (c) roundtrip coach air transportation for the RNC Winner from a major commercial airport near RNC Winner's residence (as determined at Sponsors' sole discretion) to RNC Destination City airport and standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for up to four (4) nights. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize Package $10,500 - $16,000. Total ARV of Prize: $21,000 - $32,000. Limit one (1) Prize Package per winner. Actual value will depend on point of departure and any air fluctuations. Air transportation provided only if winner resides more than 100 miles from the Destination City, DNC Destination City or RNC Destination City as the case may be. Both winners must travel during the time between July 14, 2008 through July 17, 2008 (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion) to Washington D.C. (or such other place as production shall occur)(subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion); DNC Winner must travel during the time between August 25, 2008 through August 28, 2008 (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion) to Denver, Colorado; and RNC Winner must travel during the time between September 1, 2008 through September 4, 2008 (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion) to Minneapolis, Minnesota. All trips are subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and black-out dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Winner must take air travel on same travel itinerary. Winners are responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including, but not limited to ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and phone calls. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Prize Package is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for Prize Package (or prize components), except that Sponsor may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value. Any depiction of Prize Package is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. The Contest administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of the Prize Package. Winner will receive a 1099 from the Sponsor for the total ARV of prize (stated herein) that entrant won in the calendar year in which entrant won.


7. General Conditions: The Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations (collectively "Rules and Laws"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant assures Sponsor that Submission is wholly original and his/her own creation, and that the entrant is the sole owner (or has secured all necessary rights relating to use) of property and/or content appearing in Submission. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor, Contest administrator, and Judges which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Contest Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in the Contest; use/misuse of the Prize; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system (including public scoring system and records), computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Contest; interruption or inability to access the Contest, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Contest Entities. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Once submitted, all information associated with Entries, including the corresponding Submissions, become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entry into the Contest constitutes an entrant's permission for the Contest Entities to use such entrant's Submissions and Entry Information (excluding street addresses, email addresses and phone numbers) for posting on Web Site. While Sponsor will seek to accurately present all Submissions on the Web Site, Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, and electronically alter Submissions without compensation or further notice to entrant. A Submission as posted on the Web Site may therefore differ from the Submission originally submitted due to technical errors, problems or compatibility issues and Sponsor shall have no liability related thereto. Sponsor may post Submissions in any order, pattern or sequence on the Web Site with or without attribution to entrant or additional commentary of Sponsor's sole choosing, without liability of any kind. The Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, or Entries that are otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to, at any time, remove/delete from the Web Site, and/or disqualify, a Submission and corresponding information that has already been posted on the Web Site, in the event of an error (by the Sponsor or any of the Contest Entities) or determination by Sponsor that the entrant whose Submission was posted, or the Submission itself, were ineligible to participate in the Contest. Any personal information supplied by Eligible entrants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and terms of service posted at the Web Site. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor's Privacy Policy, entry and/or Eligible entrant's (Eligible entrant's parent/legal guardian, if winner is minor) acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use Eligible entrant's name, address (city and state), Submission, Photo, likeness, biographical information, statement, and voice for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting Submissions on Web Site), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Contest or the prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Web Site or any Web page or Web banner ad related to the Contest; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible to win the Prize. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest thereof and declare winners based on the Criteria described above from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Each eligible entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Contest, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Contest Entities. Sponsor reserves the right to change any and all dates listed in these Official Rules at their sole discretion.


8. RULES/WINNERS' LIST: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after July 7, 2008, and before September 1, 2008, to: The Crash the Parties Contest, ATTN: Winners Notification, 3030 Andrita Street, Los Angeles, CA 90065. The name of the winners may also be posted the Web Site.
